Bryant Scannell

What themes run throughout your work? Concepts, expressive, portraits and etc.

Where do your talents lie? Photography. Not pro but always improving

What successes have you had so far? I have been commissioned to shoot some CD photos and I have a piece of work in the National Library of Photography.

What was the first creative thing that you ever did? I guess I started off with really bad digital work and then moved up to photography and found a great interest that I decided to pursue

Has anyone taught you how to use your talent better? I have gotten critique from friends and online from viewers. Minimal critique and a majority of praise. I look to find more critique.

What makes you creative? Music and sitting around. Things flow into my head, like, painting a picture mentally.

How did you get started? I had a cheapo camera off of ebay that was about .3 Megapixels? Have to laugh at that, but, it was enough to get me interested in cameras and pursue the art.

What inspires you? Dreams, music, thoughts and the daily experiences.

Who inspires you? Photographers

What are you trying to achieve? Trying to bring images to the public that people don't always see.

Ignoring money and all of life’s woes, what would you want to be? Photographer

Accepting the need for money and all of life’s woes, what do you want to be? A photographer. Even with all the hardships.

What’s the most amazing thing you’ve ever seen / heard / experienced? A variety of all the talented artists in the world.

Who/what is your nemesis and why? That would have to be the Joker. Nah, but serious now. My Nemisis are the people that say you "can't"
